In addition to the conditions listed here, the legal relations arising from the purchase from the www.wildcarrot.ee online store are regulated by the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
The sales contract between Wild Carrot OÜ and the customer enters into force upon receipt of the final amount of the order on the bank account of Wild Carrot OÜ. Products will not be booked until the sales contract enters into force.
The prices of the products sold in the Wild Carrot online store are indicated on the product pages. The prices of all products are presented in euros. In the case of discounted campaign prices, the product page shows both the new price and the crossed-out old price.
Wild Carrot OÜ makes every effort to ensure that the inventory indicated in the online store correspond to reality, but a situation may arise where the quantity in stock indicated on the product sheet is not correct. If you have ordered a product that is no longer in stock, we will contact you as soon as possible and agree on the most suitable solution.
The order will be delivered to the parcel terminal of your choice - DPD, Itella or Omniva. The price of the service is visible while placing your order and is added to the order total. For purchases over 79 €, shipping within Estonia is FREE for you.
Your order will be shipped as soon as possible, but no later than within 3 working days after payment.

All products purchased from our online store have a return guarantee of 14 days from the receipt of the goods. For returns, notify us by e-mail email@example.com. The returned products must be unused and with labels intact. The money for the returned goods will be returned to the same account from which the order was paid for within 14 days (counting from the day the goods reach Wild Carrot OÜ). Shipping costs are not refundable, unless you receive a different product from what was ordered.
1. The returned products must not be damaged.
2. The returned products must not bear any signs of use.
Replacements can be done by ordering a new product and sending back the unsuitable one. To get a different size or model, just place a new order at www.wildcarrot.ee and return the unsuitable product.
In case a discount campaign has ended by the time of placing a new order, then unfortunately it is not possible to make a new purchase with the expired campaign price.
HOW TO RETURN GOODS TRHOUGH A PARCEL TERMINAL?
Wildcarrot.ee online store orders do not have return codes. When returning through a parcel terminal, the returned products must be mailed as a new shipment and the postage must be paid. Return stations for DPD and Omniva parcels:

SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES
If the buyer has complaints about Wild Carrot OÜ, they must be sent to the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org.
According to the Consumer Protection Act, Wild Carrot OÜ has an obligation to respond in writing within 15 days.
If the buyer and Wild Carrot OÜ are unable to resolve the dispute amicably, the buyer can turn to the Consumer Disputes Commission.
The buyer can also turn to the European Union Consumer Dispute Resolution Platform.
LIABILITY AND FORCE MAJEURE
Wild Carrot OÜ is liable to you and you are liable to Wild Carrot OÜ for the damage caused to the other party by violating the terms of this agreement in the cases and to the extent provided by the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
Wild Carrot OÜ is not liable for damages caused to you or for delivery delays of the product if the damage or delay in delivery of the product is due to a circumstance that Wild Carrot OÜ could not influence and the occurrence of which Wild Carrot OÜ could not have foreseen (force majeure).
Wild Carrot OÜ is not responsible for the loss of or damage to the product that has occurred after the product has been handed over to the carrier.
AMENDMENT OF TERMS
Wild Carrot OÜ has the right to change and supplement the terms and conditions of this agreement and the price list due to the development of the online store and in the interests of better and safer use of the online store.
